Cirilo Mendez
PSG Academy Head Coach
Cirilo Mendez brings over 12 years of elite coaching experience to our International Showcase. After earning his UEFA B License, Cirilo spent four seasons with Paris Saint-Germain’s regional program, honing his tactical and technical expertise at the highest youth levels. From 2016–2019, he served as Head Coach of Étoile Sportive Trappes before leading Versailles FC’s development squads. Most recently, Cirilo joined PSG as Assistant Coach and Head Coach of the PSG Academy, where he also applies his skills as a certified mental and physical trainer to help players reach peak performance.
Craig Hughes
Premier League Talent Scout | Everton FC
Craig Hughes is a seasoned scout with Everton FC, one of England’s most historic Premier League clubs. With years of experience identifying and evaluating top youth talent, Craig plays a key role in shaping the next generation of professional players. His expertise spans technical assessment, tactical understanding, and player potential analysis, all rooted in Everton’s renowned player development system. At the International Showcase, Craig brings elite-level scouting insight, giving players a unique opportunity to be seen and guided by one of the best in the business.
Daniel Hidalgo
Elite Talent Scout | Madrid CFF
Daniel Hidalgo is an experienced scout with Madrid CFF, one of Spain’s premier women’s football clubs competing at the highest level in Liga F. With a sharp eye for talent and deep knowledge of the Spanish game, Daniel specializes in identifying promising players and nurturing their development within elite environments. His passion for the sport and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable part of the International Showcase, where he brings top-tier scouting insight and expertise from one of Europe’s most competitive leagues.
Emiliano Morreli
River Plate Academy Coach
Emiliano Morelli is a highly skilled coach representing the renowned River Plate Academy, one of South America’s most prestigious football institutions. With deep roots in the Argentine development system, Emiliano specializes in nurturing young talent through River Plate’s signature blend of technical precision, tactical intelligence, and attacking creativity. His passion for the game and commitment to player development make him an invaluable asset at the International Showcase, where he brings elite South American training methods to the global stage.
Jimmy Hayes
Co-Director, ProSoccerGlobal | Liverpool FC Academy Scout
Jimmy Hayes is a proud Scot and seasoned football expert with over 40 years of experience spanning every corner of the game — from youth player to academy director, scout, and global coach. As Co-Director of ProSoccerGlobal and an academy scout for Premier League clubs, including Liverpool FC, Jimmy has worked at the heart of elite youth development since 2015, bringing deep insight into top-level scouting, coaching, and talent identification. His career has taken him across the world, where he’s gathered invaluable knowledge of diverse footballing cultures and philosophies. A lifelong Liverpool FC fan, Jimmy is passionate about sharing his expertise and helping young players grow both on and off the field — true to ProSoccerGlobal’s motto, “With You On And Off The Field.”
Pablo Verdejo Morillo

Pablo Verdejo is an experienced scout with Rayo Vallecano, one of Spain’s top La Liga clubs, and serves as Director General of EnjoyFootball España. With a strong background in talent identification and player development, Pablo specializes in discovering young prospects who can excel in one of Europe’s most competitive football environments. His dual roles allow him to blend elite scouting expertise with grassroots development, offering a comprehensive view of the player pathway. At the International Showcase, Pablo provides invaluable insight, giving players the unique chance to be seen and evaluated by a top-level La Liga scout and influential figure in Spanish youth football.
Rayane Mehrez
Barça Academy Coach | Head Coach, Lausanne Sport & Yverdon Sport
Rayane Mehrz is a dynamic and versatile coach currently leading the U16 Girls at Lausanne Sport, competing at Switzerland’s national level. He also coaches the U18 Girls and U9 teams at Yverdon Sport, bringing expertise across multiple age groups. In addition to his club work, Rayane is a regular coach at Barça Academy camps across Europe, having led over ten camps in Belgium, Switzerland, and France. Most recently, he was selected to coach at the prestigious Barça Academy World Cup in Barcelona, where top young talents from around the world come together to compete.
Tom Samson
German FA Coach | UEFA A+ Licensed
Tom Samson is a German FA Coach and UEFA A+ Licensed Coach with deep expertise in both player development and elite training methodology. Having played semi-professionally across Germany, Tom brings firsthand experience of the country’s highly competitive football landscape. His coaching is shaped by Germany’s renowned emphasis on tactical intelligence, technical excellence, and disciplined team play. At the International Showcase, Tom delivers top-tier European training standards, helping players elevate their game and understand what it takes to succeed at the next level.
